Robert A. Garcin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California in 1976. He then graduated from Loyola Law School in 1979, cum laude.

Mr. Garcin is admitted to practice law in the states of Colorado and California and has successfully practiced personal injury law in Loveland, Colorado for over 25 years. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the 9th Circuit (California).
